Yes I know, according to the web we’ve been in the Rajasthan since May, sorry for misleading you. Some of you think we might even be in Nepal…cold, cold.
The idea of giving a surprise of these dimensions was too tempting, one we couldn’t resist.
So decided, we left the Rajasthan to our friend the Indian monsoon and Nepal to the thousands of tourists that meet there at this time of the year to escape from the heat and rain of India and gathering all our strength, took a run-up and jumped in a western direction towards……

Spain!!!

Yes, we’re in our beloved Spain, the land that saw us born.
And house by house and one by one, we have surprised friends and relatives in the meanest and most despicable manner, without taking notice of illness or old age. Without compassion or decorum. In the middle of the street or in the middle of their dining room, tapping them softly on the shoulder from behind or appearing in front of their noses, without saying a word, waiting expectantly their reaction, which in each case and without exception, resulted to be different and left us rolling on the ground in laughter.

And without any more dilation I let you see the images, without a doubt, more loquacious than whatever I could tell you with words.
And we hope you will understand and forgive, the why of this web silence, necessary interruption, surprise accomplice, that for logistical motives and the time of three weeks, has had us wandering around most of Spain.

Es un país que adoramos, con comida y bebida de calidad y sabor inigualables. De paisaje impresionante, cambiante con sólo viajar unas centenas de kilómetros. Con playas y ríos y montañas. Llenito a rebosar de gente que queremos muchísimo. Y de recuerdos, ni digamos. A estas alturas del año, después de lluvias inesperadas pero bendecidas que han llenado los históricamente sedientos embalses y pantanos casi por completo, por fin da paso a un verano que promete caluroso. Europeo…

Y no, no estamos en el Rajasthan como ha venido diciendo la web desde Mayo, sentimos la confusión. Ni en Nepal, como algunos creéis…frío, frío.

Y es que la idea de una sorpresa de tales dimensiones era más que tentadora.
Así decididos, dejamos el Rajasthan a nuestro amigo el monzón indiano y el Nepal a los miles de turistas que se citan allí por estas fechas para escapar del calor y la lluvia de la India y reuniendo todas nuestras fuerzas cogimos carrerilla y dimos un salto enorme con dirección occidente hasta……

España!!!

Pues sí, estamos en nuestra queridísima España, la tierra que nos vió nacer.
Y de casa en casa y uno a uno, hemos sorprendido a familiares y amigos, de la manera más ruin y mezquina, sin reparar en edades ni enfermedades. Sin compasión ni decoro. En mitad de la calle o en mitad de su salón, golpeándoles suavemente en el hombro por detrás o plantándonos delante de sus narices, sin decir palabra, esperando expectantes a la reacción, que en cada caso y sin excepción, resultó ser diferente y nos dejó rulando por el suelo de la risa.

Pero sin más dilación os dejo ver las imágenes sin duda alguna más locuaces, de lo que yo os pudiera con palabras contar.
Y esperamos entendáis, el porqué de éste silencio internauta, necesaria interrupción, cómplice de las sorpresas, qué por motivos logísticos y espacio de tres semanas, nos ha tenido corriendo por media España.
Detalles de todos los viajes y peripecias seguirán muy pronto en el próximo post.
Pero antes de despedirme os quisiera compartir con emoción, vosotros, compañeros de pantalla de nuestras dichas y desdichas, nuestro último alegrón.
